1. Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all donations made to Gauri Gopal Trust, a charitable and non-profit organization working for public welfare, Gau Seva, food distribution, spiritual upliftment, and other social activities.
By making a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this Policy.

2. Nature of Donation

All amounts contributed to Gauri Gopal Trust are treated as voluntary donations made for charitable purposes only.
These donations are not payments for goods or services, therefore commercial cancellation or refund rules do not apply.

3. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

3.1 Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3.2 Since donations are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable activities, no cancellation requests will be accepted once the payment is successful.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

4.1 Gauri Gopal Trust follows a “Zero Refund Policy”.
This means:

  • No refund will be issued for any donation made intentionally or voluntarily.
  • No refund will be issued for donations made towards any cause, campaign, temple activities, Gau Seva, food seva, or general fund.
  • No refund will be provided for any donation, irrespective of the reason.

4.2 Refund requests will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • Donation made by mistake
  • Donation made in excess
  • Donation made without reading the policy
  • Change of mind after donating
  • Any personal or financial reason of the donor
  • Any dissatisfaction regarding allocation of donation
  • Any misunderstanding regarding the purpose of donation

No reason will qualify for a refund.

5. Technical Payment Issues

If the donor’s bank account is debited but the transaction fails on the Trust’s end, the payment gateway or bank processes an automatic reversal.
The Trust is not responsible for such refunds and does not interfere in payment gateway reversals.

6. Confirmation from Donor

By donating, the donor confirms and agrees that:

  • They have understood that all donations are final.
  • They voluntarily waive their right to request a refund.
  • They accept this “No Refund, No Cancellation” Policy in full.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of donation transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City / State], India.

8. Amendments

Gauri Gopal Trust reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy will be displayed on the website with the revised date.
